Legion needs more buffs…
Suggestion 1: Legion needs to be able to see scratch marks and pools of blood while using power to incentivize using their power for distance. There’s absolutely no reason for it not showing scratch marks or pools of blood and yet y’all are completely fine with Hillbilly, Blight and Nurse being able to see scratch marks and pools of blood while in power.
Suggestion 2: Make list add-on completely basekit and either retire or rework it.
Suggestion 3: Make it so the power gauge pauses to where you were left at when you use your power to pick up a survivor.
Suggestion 4: Make basekit frenzy speed slightly faster.
Suggestion 5: The basekit speed bonus you get for hits could be upped a bit more.
With these it would be far better to play as legion without making him op.

Literally just stop asking for killers who don't take skill to get buffed, you don't deserve the results without the effort

So, in other words, you would rather deal with a Hillbilly, Blight and Nurse on autopilot before making a c-tier killer better in chase. I can say the same about these 3 killers that lose no distance and ignores normal chase gameplay because of how fast they get across the map with their power. I take it as you aren’t doing so well in chase against a c-tier killer that has no chase power most of the game that’s sad.

I mean as a legion/plague main this update was all unnecessary.
I dont get the sentiment that he needed anything done to him.
If anything the top end killers need to be brought down to this level.
Really tired of BHVR just buffing things because the loud minority struggles on the forums.

I main the killer and I am not trying to have something I play turn into a brain off playstyle that BHVR seems to keep coming out with because of people who are just bad at the killer.
This entire thread is biased so saying something is biased is a bit empty of a statement. Theres nothing objective about perspectives.
The OP's suggestions though:
1) No, justifying anything with overpowered killers is not how we should balance the game.
You already get killer instinct telling you enough information. Adding scratch marks would be broken with any form of undetectable. Why do you think they dont want you getting killer instinct if you run undetectable?
2) No. Run the addon or run neversleeps
3) Too many questions on what this means.

Legion is one of the worst killers in the game. If you want all killers brought to that level you want every killer to just be an m1 killer where you predrop a pallet or 2 and they lose 3 gens?

How you a legion main and don’t even understand suggestion 3? Remember you’re the one in their intial post said every killer should be brought down to Legion’s level. So you are essentially saying you want survivors to escape almost every match with ease. Legion literally has been considered low tier for a very long time by the entire community where have you been?

They feel a lot better to play now, but the buffs have barely moved the needle when you go up against half way decent Survivors. I'm still only getting 6-8 hooks before the gens are pretty much done and I don't always bother to pay attention to who I've hooked, so I've lost most of my games despite the buffs (obviously that's on me for not tracking who's on death hook at 2 gens left). Legion are barely stronger than before, they just feel nicer.
I'm still loving the changes, though. I'm really enjoying the 10 second power recharge with the Scratched Ruler add-on. You can genuinely Frenzy for distance now and it's pretty good paired with the button or the Fuming mix-tape. It's definitely made me change up my build.
The MMR system is probably struggling to find me suitable opponents with the huge Killer wait times being what they are, so I don't know how well they perform against the Survivors that I usually go up against. I think players that already struggle against them will hate the buffs, but they won't bother the more skilled Survivors so much. But the same could be said whenever other low tier Killers like Myers, Ghostie or Doctor gets buffs, too.
I'd like to see some future buffs and QoL changes for sure, but I think we should wait a little while to see how these buffs work out first. I think they're in a better spot than they were, at least from a fun to play perspective.

Legion is a bad killer, and always will be unless they give them an entirely new power.
They're fun to play, but there is no path to being a higher tier killer and/or viable against good competition that doesn't involve a total overhaul. Kind of for the same reasons the Nurse can't be meaningfully nerfed, Legion can't be meaningfully buffed. Their powers are fundamentally flawed and essentially re-creating them would be the only real fix.
But unless the goal is to balance the entire killer roster, I don't think it's necessary. Legion is fine as a fun but weak killer.

Yea people are wasting a perk on higher skilled survivors with thana. Its the same story on plague, dont waste a perk slot on thana. It only works on noobs.

One killer is an acceptable balance of effort on the players part and the potential of that killer's abilities ?
Why would you continue to play a game deployed by such developers?
But in what I suspect will be a second regrettable gesture on my part, did you ever consider that the vast array of killers, which represent a 100 tiny variations on the basic same set of match viable options allow for a diverse entertainment experience, for both sides?
In short, I don't personally enjoy camera creeper killer play, from either side. Are we allowed to excel at any other endeavors?
