Chase legion is very fun now
The buffs did very well at improving on the legions ability to chase. Lesser cooldown for canceling your power with less stun and you move a bit faster makes a great combo. Played around 5 games of Endfury,Bamboozle and Surge because the ques are crazy. The gens went quicker with only 1 defense but they do feel like a threat in chase now. Bamboozle blocking windows with frenzy and just hard disrespecting every pallet because of endfury. The addon set is pretty solid too. I found most success with iri button to go with endfury and scratched ruler. (Breaking pallets while vaulting and 10 second cooldown? Yes please. Lol) has anyone else tried their new version and what's your opinion overall on their new state?

A reduction in Frenzy fatigue time is what I always wanted them to do for Legion ever since they removed the add-ons that did as much, and between that and the slight increase in movement speed during fatigue, I'm really rather happy with the changes. The thing is that a shorter fatigue time makes Frenzy a more potent chase tool (or a chase tool at all), since using it to catch up to survivors, vaulting after them or blocking their paths actually can work out with some consistency in that case.
Legion is still a lower-tier killer, but this has lifted them up a tier.

I've been using a similar build, but with Fire Up and Forever Entwined instead of Spirit Fury and Bamboozle. Sometimes I swap out Surge for Brutal Strength and use the Fuming Mix-Tape instead of Iri Button for gen regression. I personally don't think they're that much stronger to be honest, but they are certainly much more fun. I loved playing them before the buffs of course, but this takes the fun to the next level and that's the important thing to me, really.
That said, I'm sad to see they've finally fixed Fire Up so that it no longer increases vault speed in Frenzy (what the Entity giveth, the Entity taketh away…). All I need now is an add-on that increases vault speed and I'll be the happiest Legion main.

Ye I made sure to not emphasize their strength because even when I felt I could do more overall the survivors got probably the same result they would have even pre buff. But I did feel like I had much more options and interactivity between me and them. Which is definitely a highlight. I personally like endfury and button because it's fun running straight first into a pallet. Getting stunned. Then leaping over it for a break. Combined with the faster catch up stun you can find a survivor out positioned quickly. Same scenario with a safe window like shack. They jump it. I enter power. I jump over the vault blocking it with bamboozle and stun myself on them. They are more pressured to get away now.

I main chase Legion I can't wait to get my hands on it and see where my power levels at.
Work can't finish fast enough..
