A serious bug about Victor's jumpimg attack
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I have a problem with the behavior of Victor's jumping attack.
First of all, after personally verifying it in a custom match, I believe that several bugs are happening at the same time.
(1) While Victor is performing a jumping attack, the initial vertical velocity of the oblique projectile is slightly higher than before (=slightly longer flying distance), or Victor's hit point is shifted upward during the jumping attack (or the hit point of the foot is lost), or a combination of these.
(2) A bug that immediately after releasing a pounce attack, the attacker rolls forward 2 frames, backward 3 frames, and then rolls back 5 frames before pouncing again from the initial position. The first 2-3 frames have attack judgments, but after the rollback is over, the jumping trajectory has no attack judgments (1 second = 60 frames).
In the case of the bug, the time spent in the rollback is lost, so the flying distance and altitude become smaller, and it is difficult to even cross the board (even if you cross it, you will not be hit by the attack).
Regarding (1).
If the Saba is not crouching and is standing still, but you jump on it from a certain distance, the attack judgment will jump over its head and the attack will not hit it. I believe that until now it would have hit a standing Saba regardless of the distance.
It seems that this bug does not always occur.
I counted the frequency of the bug trajectory by changing the time between the completion of the charge and the release. The number of each is n=100.
Less than 1 second after charge completion (rapid fire)
Bug: 42 times
not bug: 58 times
More than 2 seconds after charge completion (long)
Bug: 42 times
not bug: 58 times
The tendency was that about 40% of the time, regardless of the time between the completion of the charge and the shot, a bug would be in the orbit.
