Why is my game capped at 101 fps when i set the limit to 120

Sometimes it's a little more, but most of the time it's stably 101. The same happens when i set lower limits - 60 makes my game limit at 50 etc.

    I noticed something similiar lately. I have my FPS capped at 120, but in some matches it stays between 110-115. In other matches it's back to a constant 120 fps again.
