While Touhou could be made into a full chapter, especially with it's lore before the soft reboot of Touhou 10 (and I will probably post my ideas for those at some point), a cosmetic collaboration seems more realistic. It could include both legendary character overhaul type skins as well as Very Rare cosplay style skins. Involves some crossdressing for obvious reasons. Here are my ideas, including crossover cosmetics for licensed characters, unfeasible they may be.

Killers:

Trapper - Illusory Cerberus (Very Rare) - trapper cosplaying Enoko Mitsugashira

  • desc.: Garments resembling a peculiar girl from an untamed realm.

Wraith - Koishi Komeiji (Legendary)

  • desc.: A youkai girl who is rarely noticed by others.
  • Girl with her Friend - head desc.: She dons a large black hat. It helps her relax.
  • Closed Eye of Love - body desc.: She closed her third eye, tired of the emotional pain.
  • Unconsciousness Cleaver - weapon desc.: Noone can see her coming.

Hag - White Hare (Very Rare) - hag cosplaying Tewi Inaba

  • desc.: Dress worn by a particularly cunning rabbit.

Doctor - Celestial Babysitter (Very Rare) - doctor cosplaying Iku Nagae

  • desc.: Outfit worn by an emissary of the Dragon Palace.

Clown - Wicked Fox (Very Rare) - clown cosplaying Tsukasa Kudamaki

  • desc.: Worn by a master manipulator with a fondness for vials.

Spirit - Phantom Gardener (Very Rare) - spirit cosplaying as Youmu Konpaku

  • desc.: Practical clothes worn by a half-ghost swordswoman.

Oni - Kasen Ibaraki (Legendary)

  • desc.: A peaceful hermit, now forced to embrace her dark side in the Fog.
  • Horned Hermit - head desc.: Her wise and cheerful exterior hid a dark past. (could grow horns during blood fury)
  • Sage's Robes - body desc.: She took part in a world's genesis.
  • Rashouken - weapon desc.: A blade she had no memory of, yet it called to her. (non-canon weapon exclusive to dbd)

Blight - Gensokyo's Fastest (Very Rare) - blight cosplaying as Aya Shameimaru

  • desc.: Outfit worn by a pure and righteous newspaper reporter.

Trickster - Sakuya Izayoi (Legendary)

  • desc.: Silver-haired maid, elegant and perfect.
  • Devil's Maid - head desc.: Noone knows of her origin. Some even doubt her humanity.
  • Maid Uniform - body desc.: Any request would be granted without hesitation.
  • Luna Dial - weapon desc.: Try as she might, her time manipulating ability was gone. (non-canon weapon exclusive to dbd)

Skull Merchant - Aquatic Engineer (Very Rare) - skully cosplaying as Nitori Kawashiro

  • desc.: Outfit belonging to the leader of the kappa.

Good Guy - Sweet Poison (Very Rare) - Chucky cosplaying as Medicine Melancholy

  • desc.: Clothes worn by a doll pursuing the liberation of her kind.

Dark Lord - Remilia Scarlet (Legendary)

  • desc.: Mistress of a phantasmal mansion, feared by many.
  • Scarlet Devil - head desc.: Her young looks were a fatal deception.
  • Gothic Pink - body desc.: Her small stature led many to underestimate her.
  • Vampire Claws - weapon desc.: She prefered to use a spear, but it would be a waste to unleash it here.
