Flashbangs are broken again

In fixing the bug of clipping and people facing walls etc, flashbangs are now broken again to have an extremely small radius and explosion height that even dropping a bang in front of a killer and them staring straight forward does not blind them.

Numerous streamers have tested this from Survivor and Killer POV and and Flashbangs are once again broken to the point of now no longer working.
