Can't see add-ons of items without equipping an item

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
After the new ui change you can't see item add-ons as survivor without equipping an item first. This makes it hard to you to keep track of how many add-ons you have as you have to go through all item types manually if you want to get an overview. Change it back to the old that all add-ons are visible even if you don't have item equipped so you can see what you have easily and don't have to do so many extra steps. This also creates the problem that you can't see the add-ons at all if you don't have the item that uses them.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: After the update can't see item add-ons without equipping item first and then just add-ons that are for that item.
