    I run Hope, MFT, Resilience, and Deja vu as my "anti-ghoul" build. Usually get value from 3/4 for the majority of matches and sets me up for success in endgame sometimes. I shifted away from exhaustion perks so this build when I'm against a killer who gets easy injuries is pretty solid. As for how I'm making it to endgame/finishing gens against Kaneki, deja vu and a heavy reliance on map rng is all i can say tbh.
