So... the Pinhead changes really aren't coming are they

Shame they cancelled the license, will the changes really never see the light of day? The possessive chain could definitely use a rework, not to mention that the teleportation elevation check is a flat out lie…

    The changes came in this dev update; they are nerfing Pentimento. That's the Pinhead rework

    Gameplay-wise the Devs can change things without the license holders. Obviously there are restrictions (e.g. they cannot suddenly give Pinhead a Chainsaw or something like this), but in general they can do changes.

    Personally I would not expect any drastic changes tho. Simply because new players cannot obtain the Chapter anymore outside of some overpriced Key from Scalpers. So I would not expect that Pinhead would receive Buffs which suddenly make him a Top 5-Killer.

    Unfortunately I wouldn't expect to see any changes to come for them now.

    What Aven has said. they can still make changes for pinhead as needed they can't add anything new for him like skins. His perks would likely get changed to be more generic like what they've done with Demo perks and make them free for everyone.
