SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After my teammate died his icon didn't update to "dead survivor" instead of it showed him in dying state.
PLATFORM: PC Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was playing a game on Ormond against Dracula. Killer managed to kill my teammate (Adam) and after that the icon didn't update properly.
