Is there a dedicated server near Central Asia?

I’m in Central Asia, and my ping is always around 130 ms. The closest server to me is in Hong Kong, but even that gives me 100 ms. Germany’s server is worse, about 150 ms. I’ve tried internet boosting tools and VPNs, but they didn’t help. Is there a dedicated server in Central Asia? If not, does Behavior plan to add more servers worldwide, especially here?
