Kate's "Gold Cascade" Head Cosmetic is Missing Textures

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The head cosmetic from Kate's "Award Night Opulence" outfit, known as "Gold Cascade", is missing the hair textures it normally has and is instead all one flat color. It makes it look choppy and unfinished compared to how it usually looks.
PLATFORM: PS4
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Step 1: Go to the Store.
Step 2: Click on Kate Denson and go to her head cosmetics.
Step 3: Select her Gold Cascade head cosmetic.
I have provided a photo of how it currently looks. I am unsure when the issue exactly began.
