Orela Rose...
A discussion about the mid chapter as a whole really but mainly the perks. So let's just get started with the perks & finish up properly afterwards.
Duty of Care - 4man swfs aside (regardless of how rare they ACTUALLY are or how unlikely they are to use this garbage), what is the purpose of this perk? It encourages you to throw yourself into a situation rather recklessly just for a small chance the survivor being chased can get a bit of distance whilst allowing other survivors (who are hopefully on gens) to run a little faster too, in what way is that actually helpful? Seriously?
Do no Harm - this perk is possibly a less limited but maybe worse we'll make it. No joke. We'll make it is 100% healing at it's base just unhook & you got that for 90seconds, so why would you use a perk locked behind a chapter that's objectively worse than a general perk? It comes without certain limitations sure but I don't think that justifies it still.
Rapid Response - someone PLEASE tell me when on earth this would actually be helpful. 2 seconds on its own is pointless really, on top of that though when used with exhaustion perks even with vigil too, what is the point? The idea with most exhaustion perks is to just get distance looking back for a maximum of 4 seconds of aura (thanks eyes of Belmont) will do nothing for you really. Just pay attention to getting that distance.
This survivor is a solo survivor, no map, no killer, just them. The perks are objectively crap across the board & have better or just as good general perks that will suffice. So why bother paying for a survivor with that considered? On top of that, Kaneki was just released as a solo killer, the perks there are very good & the killer itself was busted on release. Why is it that survivors not only had to/have to deal with Kaneki & the perks that come along with him & yet when it's our turn we get alternate general perks or just straight garbage for our loadouts? It's so upsetting that survivors in the grand view here again nothing. It's just lame.
Please Bhvr think about making some GOOD changes to the perks before release.

Do you not play killer as well?
Also, you'd probably see Duty of Care value in more end game situations. You hook save someone, take a protection hit, and now you're all sprinting towards the exit gate but you are a little more vulnerable than the other 3.
