Legion's legs lack animation when running

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When looking down with the power activated, it is possible to see the legion's legs, but there is no animation, the legs remain still while you run.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: It happens with any Legion skin, but it is more noticeable with HUNK Legendary Outfit
