Hit reg priority
This should be looked into. currently the priority is the killer, but it should be whoever of the 2 in the interaction has the best ping. Just played against a wesker with constant 500+ ping, and it was just unplayable. got hit through walls and teleported into he's arms even though it would be impossible for him to get me if he also had 40 ping. please make it so the bad ping players dont get rewarded by having bad internet. the bad internet should have the bad interaction..

They're not going to change it for the same reason you can't see killer ping in pre-game lobby.

That's not how it works. The server doensn't just accept what the killer was seeing on their screen. Its an interpolation of where you are vs where they are on the server side.

No it was already stated the killer has priority on several actions even if they have the worse ping.

BHVR does not care if you get matched against killers with insanely high pings. If they did, they would have implemented ping limits in lobbies a long time ago. The very least they could do is let you see killer ping in the lobby to decide for yourself if you want to enter into an unfair match. They worry more about the one person with bad ping being punished than they do about all the other players who have to suffer because of that one person’s bad ping.

Just to clarify this subject before some people jump to the wrong conclusions:
- Killer gets priority on hits
- Survivors get priority on interrupts
Both sides get priority in some way to make it feel that it makes sense to the person doing the action at the time. For a killer example, a killer's action of clearly getting a hit on the survivor in front of him even if from the survivor POV the killer isn't right on them, yet. If this wasn't the case, killer just wouldn't feel right to play since many hits would never count. For a survivor example, performing the action of getting off a gen and running away before the killer is on top of them even if from the killer's POV the survivor was still on the gen (the animation to grab will play freezing the killer in place, then it'll stop, and the survivor will then appear to "teleport" away as they are running off). If this wasn't the case, it wouldn't feel right that the survivor went out of their way to get off the gen early and start running away only to suddenly get teleported back to the gen and get grabbed.

I'm all for this change but only after they give more regions servers otherwise nope

That's not how that works though.

let me see the killers ping in the lobby, there is no excuse not to. They can see survivors, so why can't they see theirs when I am in lobby?
