How come the event hooks are not highlighted?

Also is there is 7 envelopes, whenever you complete 5 event gens do you get points for all 7?

    I thought all hooks and gens were the same this time around. It's the lanterns that are special.

    All hooks are event hooks in this event, there are no specific hooks that provide extra progress. They can be reused so there is no point in highlighting them in a different colour. This event is based on lanterns, not just hooks or generators. Hooks and generators give some points, but you'll mostly get them from the lanterns.
