What should i do if i accidently shared my player cloud id?

So it turns out when you open the surveys in game, it generates a URL that contains your cloud id. This is why the surveys are in game and not posted on their social medias.

Someone only recently brought my attention to this and i've shared these survey links in chats before thinking it was just the survey.

Should i be worried, is there anything i can do?
