Would you Rather Behavior produce new chapters, or work on old stuff?

I'm trying to phrase the poll in a way that isn't biased or passive aggressive, but I'm of the opinion Behavior should slow down new chapter production to work on older stuff. Whether that be things like fixing bugs, balance issues, or just taking the time to focus on reworking old things. However, I don't know if I'm alone in this opinion or if this is a common thought process. So I'm trying to gauge what other people think.

    Some Killers are so bad that they might as well not even be in the game, so reworking them would basically be adding a new Killer.
