Hmm, I've always wondered what a chapter that had a hybrid character could look like, personally I enjoy both roles and I'd want my character to reflect that.
The perks would have the same concept, but the opposite effect on the other role.
New Hybrid - The Archivist
Killer Power: In & Out
You have the ability to shapeshift into one of the four survivors found in the current trial at will, possessing their current cosmetic. This can be cancelled at anytime, causing a universal sound effect to signify a shifting has occurred and to trust no one. This power will also summon Illusionary duplicate survivors, each sharing the same outfit as the players found in the trial. You can perform Survivor actions in this state to try and decieve others into trusting you, which is where your powers begin to shine.
New Ability: Isolated Pursuit
Upon touching your duplicate, whos aura will always be shown to you, you can pull them out of the trial and into your own Isolated funhouse.
New Killer Owned Location: The Tower
The Archivist assumes their true form upon pulling their duplicate in their domain. Both players spend 20 seconds in The Tower or until the survivor loses a health state, or the killer is stunned. The Tower is filled with pallets and window vaults, these windows will block, pallets dropped or broken stay that way permanently, if they are used in that survivor's Tower Trial only. If they happen to be pulled back in, their chances of escape decrease more and more with each resource they deplete. The Archivist gains 5% basekit haste upon entering The Tower. Upon both players exiting The Tower, the killer will perform their basic attack animation as the survivor runs away. All pallets and windows become blocked for that survivor for 10 seconds.
Hybrid Perks:
Exacting Revenge
As a Survivor, losing a health state by the killer directly reveals their aura to you for 10 seconds.
As a Killer, being stunned by a survivor by any means reveals that survivor's aura to you for 10 seconds
Illusionary Construct
As a Survivor, whenever a pallet is dropped, gain a token up to 2 tokens. You are able to conjure an Illusionary upright pallet or breakable walls in broken places.
As a Killer, whenever a pallet is destroyed, gain a token up to 2 tokens. You are able to conjure an Illusionary downright pallet or breakable wall in broken places.
Rune: Looming Doom
As a Survivor, you can find and activate Runes inscribed on one generator at a time, and upon the generator's completion, collect them. With the found information, you can apply a Runic Spell to a totem. This Rune will cause any broken totems to rebuild themselves and upon destruction, rebuild again every 180 seconds.
As a Killer, you can find and activate Runes Inscribed on one hook at a time. Upon hooking any survivors on that hook twice, the Runes are collectable. With the found information, you can apply a Runic Spell to a totem. This Rune will cause any broken totems to rebuild themselves and upon destruction, rebuild again every 180 seconds.

Perks:
Unwavering Patience
Years of customer service experience has taught you a thing or two of dealing with peoples #########.
After being hooked twice in a row, this perk activates. The next time you are hooked, instead of being sacrificed you are put into the struggle phase for 20/25/30 seconds.
Being unhooked causes you to suffer from the Broken status effect for the remainder of the trial and the perk deactivates

All Part of the Plan
There are no such things as mistakes...
After taking a hit, this perk activates for 8/9/10 seconds. Stunning or blinding the killer by any means increases their stun or blind duration by 25%.

Overconfidence
Sometimes your cockiness can backfire... but at least you tried.
When the killer misses a basic attack within 4 meters of you, this perk activates. Pressing the Active Ability button while healthy causes you to strike a pose, granting you 25% Haste for 3 seconds and Exposed for 30/25/20 seconds.

Energetic Prescence:
When downed within 16 meters of another survivor, they receive a 4/5/6% haste buff for 8 seconds and scream.

Pure Chaos:
When in chase and within 6 metres of a pallet have a 10/20/30% chance for it to drop every 4/5/6 seconds.

Accidental Success:
After failing a skill check gain a token up to 3/2/2 tokens. Once the threshold has been reached the next time you vault, unhook, heal will be 50% faster and cause a loud sound notification to appear at a random location.

Easily a seductive killer, charming the survivors with my ultra good looks. People would buy my killer chapter just so they can purchase the speedos cosmetics on me.

Being a bigger guy helps when it comes down to it

When a generator is at 95/90/85% you can kick the generator to cause one of 2 random effects. Either the generator will be complete or it will lose 25/20/15% progress.

Survivor here. Not that my looks are the best, I would be a more mild-mannered jack of all trades kinda guy, who is also very compassionate and loyal.
Perks:Level-Headed

Whenever you are inside the Killer's terror radius, you repair generators 8/10/12% faster, but you also have a 25% higher chance of triggering skill-checks. Additionally, the skill-check indicator moves 15/20/25% faster.

You start the match with 2 tokens (No refilling).
Spend 1 token while next to a breakable wall to create a temporary vaulting window. This action takes 16/15/14 seconds.
Alternatively, spend 1 token near a destroyed pallet to rebuild the pallet. This action takes 12/11/10 seconds.
Additionally, if you have a Toolbox equipped, you can spend 6 charges to speed up these actions by 40%"Wonder what fancy stuff we could build from this pile of scrap wood?" - TCH
True Friendship
"Having friends in your life could mean a lot, but to you, only the true friends will stay with you until the end of time"
Spending time with other survivors (through cooperative actions or within a 16-meter radius) builds a friendship buff with the closest survivor to you - This takes 80/70/60 seconds to complete. Once this status bar reach 100%, you and your friend gain a permanent buff for the rest of the trial (showing a heart around their portrait), and you can always see eachother's auras, regardless of distance.
Any time when you or your friend gets hooked, you and your friend gain a stackable bonus of 15% to all altruistic action speeds (unhooking, healing and mending) up to a maximum of 60%. Killer Name: The Skeleton Lord
Power: Bone Maker: this Ability will Allow This Killer to Skeletons that would Work Like Nemis Zombies but you can make them with the Limit of 5 at a time. Skeletons Can grab Survivors like Vector can and if another Skeleton Hits the Survivor while there being held I won't Down them but put them in the Deep Wound state and if the Killer goes up to the Survivor while grabbed the Killer Can Grab the Survivor and deal a Heath state or down them. Another Thing the Killer can do is See the Eyes of his Skeletons like Cameras to see Survivors and do commands if needed. Survivors van Destory Skeletons with Pallets and other Tools like Flashbangs to help counter them. Skeletons are ment to Over Welm the survivors. One other Ability is called Bone chiller is a ranged attack to Not injured or put in deep wound but to slow the Survivor down and the only way to get ur Ability is to sacrifice ur Skeletons (you can respawn them) to gain the ability back to use again and is stack able up to 3. The Killer Can summon there Skeletons to there Aid if they need them like if you want to pick a survivor up and your scared of being stopped at hooking them you can have body Gaurds to help you:
His Weapon is a rusty Hybrid that was through years of Use because he's extremely old
His perks are : 1.Hex: Bone Coffin: if a Survivor is in a Locker and you pull them out of it the Next Person to blind or stun you while holding the survivor will be exposed for 30secs: 2: Bone Switch: if the Killer hits the survivor By any means the Entity will block The most progressed Gen and make it blow making it Regress once the Entity unblocks it. This Perk has a 30sec Cool down: 3: Scourge Hook: Bone Crusher: some hooks will be replaced with Scourge Hooks that when The killer picks up a survivor this Perk will make it do that any Survivor under the Hook will be Exposed until the killer Is no longer is holding the survivor by any means. Meaning if you try body blocking the killer with this Perk at one of these Hooks you can down healthy survivors to help counter Sabotaging Squads:
I wanted to mention I've always wanted a killer who was able to counter Bulling Squads of all kinds to help Killers counter these Play styles but also allow Survivors to still be able to play how they want. Plus this isn't ment to be taken Seriously

This perk requires the following actions to be activated:
1- cleanse a totem
2- complete a generator
3- open a chest
4- save a teammate from the hook
Activated the perk, you open the exit gates 30-40-50% faster.
- "clear vision". close to the final goal, you have no doubts or uncertainties
As you open the exit gates, you see the killer's aura. After completing the opening, you continue to see the killer's aura for 12-16-20 seconds
- "I don't forget you". You remember well who was kind to you.
You heal the teammates who saved you from the hook 80-90-100% faster for the rest of the trial.
