Does Haste/Hindered Still Stack?

I don't follow each of the patch notes too closely. But I do remember seeing Haste and Hindered was getting changed to avoid stacking. But I have also seen people say that it still stacks/That change was reverted.

Is Haste/Hindered still stacking in game?

    Yes stacking is staying devs decided to not remove it
