Cannot level up Kaneki's bloodweb.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: Xbox series x
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1. Logged into dead by daylight and selected killer.
2. While leveling up kaneki's bloodweb the system won't let me progress past level 32.
3. This error does not occur with any other killer.
4. Tried restarting thr game but i still cannot level up kankei i am forever stuck at level 32.

Can only provide picture but when I level up it brings me back to this bloodweb set up.
