Is this a hatch not spawning bug or am I missing something?

Just had a game, 3 survivors left, 4 gens completed (1 left), shack hatch offering, but there was no hatch at shack or anywhere on the map. It was the swamp map btw. I looked around shack for 2 minutes and then around the rest of the map for like 5 minutes and it was literally nowehere! Is this a hatch not spawning bug?

Hatch no longer spawns until there is only one survivor remaining.

I take it you haven't played in a long time. Hatch only spawns when there is only one remaining survivor and under no other circumstances will it spawn.

Hatch can only spawn if one Survivor is left. No other cases.
