Remove the Disconnect Penalty for Server Issue DC's

I am so tired of this, just because my ISP decided to give us a modem that automatically chooses our WIFI strength and we have no way to edit it, doesn't mean I should get penalized for server disconnects. They should be able to tell the difference between an intentional DC and a server DC, because over the past 3 days, I have been kicked from 10 games due to a "Dedicated Server Not Responding issue" with FNAF on the way I'm starting to get really frustrated that I'm not going to be able to play Springtrap due to this nonsense! Please guys there has to be something you can do about this besides punishing people for things out of their control, especially when "going next" is such a massive problem, it sucks that we get just as punished as those people when it's the server that kicks us. (Also DBD is the only game to have this issue so frequently, other games like Marvel Rivals and R.E.P.O do not have this many disconnects and it's the same exact internet)

    I am currently on a 30 mins ban on ps5 because of disconnect penalty. Its started yesterday when The Animatronic was released. I joined to play but my player couldn't run, i got caught, a player teabagged me multiple times before unhooking me. I don't know what the player was seeing on their end but i am just perplexed. The game disconnected and i got banned for 30s, next game, 1 mins, then 5 mins. I closed the game to play GTA online and COD, i had no Internet issues there, 135 mb/s download and 25mb/s upload speed i have video evidence. I switched to play on my ps4pro and i had no issues.

    I don't want to get banned based on something that's not in my control.

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
