Rift not crossing over from xbox

I’ve bought the premium rift pass on my xbox and recently cross progressioned to my steam account, Yet it tells me it’s owned but yet i can’t unlock the premium pass rewards (looks locked)
It also reset to the very beginning of the pass when i moved to steam, Does anyone know how to solve this?
