will milestone quests ever be repeatable and or why not make them repeat after level 10

the reason i ask this is because not only would making it a repeating quest, reward players who play the game a lot it also keeps players engaged with something to do for example you could lower the bloodpoint reward and rift fragment reward if you are worried about the economy or even outright remove the rift fragment reward and instead reward 100 iri shards each time a player does it.
