Does vessels respawn after killer destroys them?

Most of the games people didn't bring more than 2 offerings ending up with 4 vessels.

    Nope when they're gone they're gone.
    The game starts with 2 vessels already, so if 2 more envelopes are offered that adds another 2, so 4 total.
