2v8 quests not tracking retroactively

Idk if its intended, but the 2v8 milestone quests dont track 2v8 quests that are done without having the milestone quests tracked. Like i have 4/4 of the current quests done, but its counted as 2/4 in terms of milestone. Assuming they add 12 quests in total, that means its impossible to get the final rewards from the system. Ofc its not a huge issue, but you'd think that such a basic QOL feature would be included. Im assuming this feature applies to other quests as well.
