Blocking due to a bug in the game, what should I do?

Hello, what should I do if I got blocked because of a game bug? Everything happened on May 11, I'm still waiting for an answer from support. In the game, my character couldn't jump over the window, but the sound and animation happened. As I understand it, a maniac complained about it. After two games, I was banned for 10 years. It happened ACCIDENTALLY, I didn't do it on purpose. Is it possible to prove somehow that it was accidental and I am innocent. I turned to support with a request to check my entire account, all my games to see that it happened through no fault of mine and once. Is it worth hoping for the best?

p.s. I don't know what else to do... I'm ready to take responsibility for my actions, but I'm not ready to lose my account because of a bug..

    You will receive a response from a bot that will tell you that after verification by several people your ban is justified and final (of course, no one to verify and it's just a lazy and bad faith message, sorry friend)
