Are Pinhead's Perks Unavailable Currently?

He's been gone for a month if I'm not mistaken but I've heard his perks never became generic for those that don't own him.

I thought his perks were supposed to be available to everyone just like when Stranger Things left the game?

I have Pinhead P4 so I'm personally all set, but I've heard a couple streamers complaining the perks are not available at all if you didn't own him.

    It's true.

    The perks were supposed to become generic, but they are still tied to him and unavailable for everyone that doesn't own him.
