Are the infinite tiers just the bloodpoints? Or are there hidden rewards for the premium pass? I'm just wondering because it still costs 100 cells to purchase a tier at that level and the reward is only 5000 BP.

    Just bloodpoints as they wouldn't want to intentionally hide additional incentives for you to part with cash
