Why are we the ones who have to send a report every time the game freezes at the loading screen?

It happens SO often, infinite loading screen, so I have to open up task manager, close the program, go back to THIS thread

open up the folder, open up my email, and then send it to the devs
like I don't know, it really ruins my mood, it really makes me not want to play the game anymore, like, I got better things to do. Don't most games have automatic report system? why do I have to manually report this error for the devs, you know? why is the problem even happening in the first place? when is it going to get fixed??
