Are Twitch drops not working on PS5?

I linked my PS5 and Twitch account to my Behaviour account and unlocked the new clown badge and banner but they're not showing on my game. I then looked it up online and was told to redeem them through the Behaviour website but when I try to log back into my PS5 it just shows an endless loading icon?
