Letherfaces chainsaw charges are not working

I was playing as Letherface and downed a survivor with my chainsaw. Directly after I destroyed a breakable wall and now my chainsaw charges are no longer refreshing and I can't use it anymore. If I rightclick it just makes a sound and nothing is happening. It just shows the tantrum symbol on the bottom left for the rest of the match (screenshot).
