Random observations and thoughts

Land 75 basic attacks doesn't work after a Nurse blink. It treats it like an M2.

Ghoul is the worst addition. Not because of anime. Because he's technically not a killer. He's an anti-hero. Might as well add DeadPool as a killer.
And don't with the "well artist and onryo weren't killer's before they died". It's a revenge trope that fits classic horror theme.

Nurse, Pig, Executioner when I'm not soloq. Full 3 hook if I can remember how many of each. Why not give killer the ability to see how many hooks? It seems like a simple add to encourage spreading hooks. Survivors can see hooks and if in chase and what they are working on. If they want to discourage tunneling or low hanging fruit; why not let us see number of hooks?
If I get rolled I get rolled. That's my fault. Not the survivors fault.
The desperate need for a 4k is the driver of all this ire.
I'll always give the last survivor the chance to find the hatch. It makes me a better killer.
If you're just going for easy kills; you're not a good killer. It's that simple.

The common gripe survivors suck isn't entirely fair. They just don't understand their job. It frustrates me to no end seeing everything everyone complains about. Like WHY TF is this **** crouching and not unhooking etc. It's not a skill issue. Thousands of hours doesn't make one a good looper. But, I know my role and always take kindred in soloq.

So hear me out. If there was a way to track a players hours played; more things could be base kit. As they get those thousands of hours, they lose those base kits. New players should get kindred base kit to help them learn. Give them Borrowed Time base kit and then remove it after 3k hours(yes I realize it's base kit now). Among other tings. It's just an idea. IMO I think it would help train newer players while not hindering better players in soloq. Since MMR is a joke. At this point MMR is hidden cuz it doesn't actually exist.

If MMR was real, we'd all want to see it to gauge ourselves. Those that complain could see their MMR wasn't as high as they thought, might complain less and work harder. If we could see it, we would complain less if we realized we were in a sweaty ranking. It would solve at least a small amount of the toxic. But, I feel like they wont' do this because they don't want to admit it's not actually a thing and or doesn't remotely work.

Lower tier killers really need some help. If it was a skill issue, trapper wouldn't be struggling so much. I want the ability to play any killer and have the same "win" chances. However this simply is not the case. Yes, some killers are just difficult to learn. That shouldn't make them over powered once one spends all their time just learning one killer. Doesn't matter how devious a person is as a trapper. It's simply not viable against more experienced players.

If mechanics are going to be removed then add something to replace it. For far too long keys have been pointless. It's a waste in so many ways at this point. Replace the item entirely if it has no utility at all. Give it an add on that allows the ability to see NOED before it starts. It's not like people would actually take a key and that addon every game. But, it would give the key a use. It's just a thought.
Or give the key an addon similar to Vecna's eye/hand. Give the key a reason to exist.
The statistical chance of using a key to escape is so low you might as well waste everything gambling.

I know it's a few points. I'm sorry. I like many of you are frustrated with the current state of the game. I just want to have as much fun as survivor and killer. And I think we all feel that way.

    I still don't like ghouls design tbh. Hitscan just doesn't feel pleasant to play against especially when it randomly freezes you

    Yeah I agree killers should be able to see hook stages. I think the reason they don't is cause the devs are worried it'll encourage tunneling. But if a killer is really tunneling they'll remember anyway

    They could definitely give newer survivors a bit of extra info basekit, to help them better understand the game. I don't think things like borrowed time should be removed for higher playtime players though.

    I think they're going to rework MMR soon? Hopefully they'll show it then

    Yeah I definitely think killers like trapper need some buffs. I feel like they usually adjust more middle-tier killers rather than focus on the extreme ends, like nurse and trapper

    I think they said they're reworking keys (and maps) soon. Hopefully they'll be good!
