Can we get a list of the sneaky silent Buffs/Nerfs this patch?
I saw up the ante got ruined. (Was already useless)

It's now 1%.

Yeah, you are right. Dont know why, but I only read 1% when checking the wiki.

I thought we were suppose to consider this a buff and a nerf, because the perk was buffed to allow self unhooks?

That‘s not a buff. Self unhooks were basekit before.

It doesn’t matter if it used to be basekit. It’s currently not basekit, and therefore this perk now has an additional new effect, that unlocks self unhooks.

It‘s still not a buff, especially when the numbers got reduced from 3% to 1%
