No more Head On given the new AFK crow system?

Since now it is tooooo easy to have idle crow, is the perk still usable?

Head On cannot be used while Exhausted or when having accrued Idle Crows

    You can use it with crows now, iirc

    This was changed, so it works even with crows.

    So no, Head On is in fact NOT dead.

    Isnt it better with crows now, like killers thing you afk and then boom he gets hit.
