HOOKLESS CHALLENGE - Let's make this main stream!

I've been having a lot of fun with the hookless challenge, and now you can too!

This is a Bubba Build (and it only really works with Bubba tbh). No add ons are required, so go buck wild! The perks, however, are integral to the strategy.

In order to play the Hookless Challenge, you're bringing NOED, Rancor, Game Afoot, and Remember Me. Here is the game plan:

  • Find a survivor (preferably obsession) and down them. Make sure to do this with an M1 if you're not chasing the obsession.
  • Slug them, and stand over the slug.
  • Their teammates will likely attempt to pick them up after a while, and when you do spring into action to get them down ASAP, preferably keeping chase time with other survivors to a minimum, and build up Remember Me stacks.
  • When the final gen pops, mori with rancor.
  • Go after other survivors, and with NOED, Rancor, and Game Afoot all working together, your M1's are not only one hit downs, but if everyone has 0 chase time, they are one hit KILLS!!!

Remember Me should slow down folks at gates, so you can easily pick up 2 or 3 kills a match with this. I've been doing this build for over a year, and I'm consistently getting 3 or 4. It's so viable, and no one expects it! I would love to see what kind of counterplay folks come up with if this gets main stream!

    So if a team has any sense they'll see the Hover Bubba, not take a chase, do gens, and leave. Comms would assure this.

    Do you enjoy going against any of this when you play survivor?

    Let me see if i got it right

    You down 1 survivor for 5 mins ruin the match for him and his team and than try to Kill them when they got all pallets up and you have no bamb on bubba?

    Even if the whole team just does gens and ignores the slug, I still get like two or three kills on average. I guess I'm more excited by this play style than the average joe because I love alternate win cons in other games like Milling in MTG for example.
