The maps are way too unbalanced
It favors the survivor or specific killers way too much. The removal of map offerings was a blessing since everyone brought it to take themselves to the map that's most beneficial to them.
Think Garden of Joy, Shattered Square, Haddonfield, Springwood or Gideon Meat Plant. Don't you cringe when you read these map's names? I do.
All the maps need to be looked at by professional map makers and not inept people who think it's all about visuals. No, focus on gameplay. That's the most important thing since the history of video games. Visuals later. Right now, it's a complete and utter mess.

I can't believe they have left Haddonfield with 7 pallets for this long. two of those are edge map pallets and useless.

This is the craziest one to me. Like how can anyone look at this map and think it's fine with how much stronger the average killer is now? Like how hard is it to add a few pallets, a decent window, and maybe another house?

Doesn't even need another house, just a bunch more of pallets. Right now it's just a terrible map.
In general I also agree, both killer sided and survivor sided maps are still in the game. I think having a few slightly survivor sided or slightly killer sided maps isn't a bad thing. But right now some maps are way too one sided, and we have too many of those maps as well.

Yeah there's alot of maps that are either massive or are heavily killer sided. Even as a survivor I hate the massive maps because they take forever to get where you need to go.

True we have map like haddonfield and then map like gideon there are like 2-4 god pallets and strong loops that can be played just by predroping, there should be more map balance changes.

Yeah, they need to overhaul most of the maps to make them more balanced for both sides. I still don't understand how they can allow Gideon to have 1,000 pallets and Haddonfield only 2 pallets. Or in Father Campbell's chapel all the windows appear open in the main building and create really strong loops if you know how to use them.
