Killer Haste Builds/Perks are extremely unfair and unfun to play against
Stacking 4 haste perks together makes running from the killer physically impossible, allows them to hit you through windows and pallets, makes tunneling harder to escape.
Please NERF the ability to stack all this haste on top of each other. It's so unfun.
Killer players complained about 3% movement speed when Made For This first came out. Killers should not be able to walk as fast as a Blight rush for large amounts of time. It's SO unfun to run away from.

Killers also hate playing against perks like
Sprint burst
Lithe
Lithe+finese
Vigil basically garuanteeing sprint burst every chase so if your not a dash killer good luck lol

You just listed a bunch of ways that survivors need to use to get away from literally any killer. Not using an exhaustion perk that helps you gain distance in the time of every killer having dashes, insane movement, or ranged attacks is necessary and if you don't like the survivors even attempting to fight back when the role is dying as a whole because of how awful it is to play then have fun with your awful queue times.

Haste perks are the killers way to shorten chases. Would you rather face 4 regression perks or 4 haste perks?
Also last time i checked trapper, pig, cenobite (whos chains can easily be broken by terrain), wraith, dredge etc didnt have any mobility or ways to keep up with these exhaustion perks (wich can extend chases by minutes if used correctly)

Who gonna tell him they were gonna nerf haste stacking but both majority of killers and survivors said revert that idea

Every single killer you just state either has a piece of slowdown or movement, Trapper has his traps, Pig moves faster when stealth, Cenobite can slow, Wraith has his invis (which makes him faster), Dredge can TP. Do you just want Survivors to sit there when you smack them to death, because that's what this sounds like. Any sort of resistance survivors put up against what is on average imminent death is constantly met with "why can survivors do x". I play 50/50 of both and can easily adjust my strat if I see someone has haste perks, its not annoying or difficult to deal with.

trapper has traps wich isnt haste nor ranged. pig DOES NOT move faster when in stealth as she moves at 3.8ms so shes SLOWER then the survivors cenobite can slow but if you actually read my post these can be easily broken by any form of rock/walls wraith has invis yes and he walks faster yes BUT he has to uncloak before he can strike wich is heavily telegraphed. dredge can tp yes but this is tied to locker spawns wich makes him map reliant + survivors can lock the lockers wich makes dredge waste more time. so? what is your poorly made argument gonna say now?

Can you tell which combination of the 11 perks in the picture is causing you problems?
Unbound, Game Afoot, Hex: Devour Hope, Rapid Brutality, and Shadowborn only give you 10 seconds. That's usually not enough time to do anything meaningful. Each of these perks has specific activation methods, and some have the disadvantage of not having Bloodlust or only working with Obsession. Also, those 10 seconds are eaten up by various actions before you can use them. The exceptions are Unbound and Hex: Devour Hope, where your 10 seconds are completely yours.
Furtive Chase with 18 seconds encourages playing on 12 hooks and only works when your Obsession is anywhere but hooked. So you need at least Friends 'til the End, or at most a duet with Nemesis to keep your speed up.
Machine Learning has a very specific activation method. In addition to this perk, I would rather take 3 more perks that interact with generators than speed. Because interacting with the generator is usually a waste of time for a dubious reward.
Play with Your Food only works on Shape Tombstone and Wraith. In Wraith's case, it's literally a game of 12 hooks, where you're always chasing Obsession thanks to another perk, Friends 'til the End. After all, your Obsession should always be working, not idling on the hook.
Batteries Included only works where survivors usually prefer to lead killers. It's a fair trade.
Hex: No One Escapes Death only works in the late game and is quickly destroyed if there are enough survivors left.
On average, from my experience, you can only afford 2 speed perks that need additional perks for more stable work. Examples: Bamboozle + Unbound, Furtive Chase + Friends 'til the End.

Idk gow someine can get so irritated because killer uses few haste perks, haste perks are much stronger on survivor side and can be camouflage for subtle cheaters.

Because heaven forbid the Killer have a way to shorten chases!
If Survivors can't run the killer for 3+ gens before the first hit, then then Killer/the Perks are OP!
But let me guess; Survivors stacking haste, heal, or gen-speed perks is 100% fine and Killers should just deal with it?

If survivors don’t like killers running he slowdowns, aura reading, anti heal, and now haste perks; what perks are ok to run?

Territorial imperative?

Nah that would make invocations impossible cant havr that happening in survive by daylight

Ummm… Enduring? But JUST Enduring. No Spirit Fury or Brutal Strength to go with it.

Wah wah camping etc etc. Kinda crazy how predictable survivors are sometimes isnt it?

I will find a useless perk that survivors can't possibly complain about lol.
Nemesis.

Remove bloodlust then. That IS your built in way to shorten chases.

Haste stacking should be removed for both sides, survivor AND killer. It is unskilled and unimpressive. It spits on skilled and good chases. Far too hard to balance haste perks when they all can stack.
Not to mention killer ping being higher than 70 in many of my games makes vaulting a window or pallet against them already impossible enough. They are able to hit you for free with haste perks and high ping unless you play REALLY safe the whole time, which is UNFUN AND DUMB.
Killers should NOT be on my literal heels breathing down my neck when I used an exhaustion perk. OR LOWER THE EXHAUSTION DEBUFF. It makes ZERO sense.

You can't stack these perks together. Are you seriously comparing perks that 99% of survivors can get off in 1 chase before they are downed, to killer players stacking haste perks with no hard limiter on them? Lower the debuff timer on exhaustion perks then! If you want to compare them, let's really be fair. While you're at it, give survivors bloodlust too. That should be fairer.

I actually think killer gen regression and defense should be better BASELINE. You should not have to stack all these perks together to make 1 part of the game insanely unfun for people. i.e. doing gens, chases, tunnel/camping.
The stacking nonsense needs to be looked at on both sides regardless of what the situation is. We're only going to be getting more and more perks in the future obviously. They need to do something or perks ON THEIR OWN will not feel strong, or they will feel TOO STRONG if you can stack things up. It makes balance hard for them. We have so many "dead" perks in the game and most people play like 15 of the "viable" ones. They need to change something. Stop making the game unfun for people and work on actually making every situation feel fun and rewarding.

I faced an uncatchable team on the new map looping the ball pit with Dark Theory, mft, team work and blood pact.
if the haste is a problem for killers, it's a problem for everybody

Remove all gen speed perks; Getting Great skillchecks is YOUR built-in way to speed up gens.
