Other survivors cant use emp on a survivor who is slipstreamed

i know it will be but this change would surely help novice killers who go on a long chase against a tough survivor only for their team to just remove their slipstream mid chase and reset everything.
if its possible to have a unique tag for a survivors slipstream like a unique lock which requires a unique key while also keeping the emp function of disabling the biopods.

Singularity is not weak enough to even deserve a buff like that

I dont think he needs buffs at all in this state he is now, he is in top 5 strongest killers maybe top 10 but thats still very good position. There are killer that need serius updates, buffs and quality of life changes like trapper,ghostface,mayers,demogorgon,clown,skullmerchant,pig etc.

It isnt that deep ,its just like how pigs trap works why cant the function of an emp be limited to disable ones own slipstream and the surrounding biopods and not the slipstreams on another survivor?
yeah i did a little research,singularity is strong but only in the right hands ,for the majority of us its convenient to play some overpowered killer like nurse instead even though there is a high skill ceiling.It takes so much work in getting a down with singularity…and then some survivor just comes in and breaks their slipstream.
