The Legion's base power and add-ons should get a rework.
I know not a lot of people would agree with my opinion on this, but I feel like The Legion kind of needs a rework, because their entire base kit feels rather weak, unrewarding and not punishing enough to Survivors, when you use your power. So, I decided to make a few changes to their base kit, to bring them back in line with the other killers, by making them stronger, while also keeping a balance between both sides.
These are the changes I would like to make for The Legion:
The Legion
They were a plain group of friends until Frank formed them into a Legion. Now they draw power from the thrilling freedom of not abiding by any rule but their own.
Power: Feral Frenzy
When your power gauge is full, press the Power Button to initiate Feral Frenzy at a high speed and chain attacks between multiple Survivors. While Feral Frenzy is active, The Legion moves faster and gains access to additional abilities: Pallet Vault and Feral Slash.
Special Ability: Pallet Vault
Press the Interaction button while Feral Frenzy is active, to perform a Pallet Vault at a dropped pallet.
Special Ability: Feral Slash
Press the Power button to initiate Feral Frenzy. While Feral Frenzy is active, press and hold the Attack Button to perform a Feral Slash. Hitting a Survivor with Feral Slash injures the Survivor, inflicts Deep Wound, and refills The Legion's Power Gauge. Any Survivor not afflicted by Deep Wound are indicated by Killer Instinct within 40 meters from your current position. If a Survivor is already afflicted by Deep Wound, Feral Frenzy ends immediately. Additionally, any Survivors who self-mend from a Deep Wound, suffer from Broken and Oblivious for 60 seconds, and have their auras revealed to you for 4 seconds afterwards. Each successful Feral Slash that does not end Feral Frenzy, increases The Legion's movement speed by 0.2m/s and duration by an additional second, for the remainder of Feral Frenzy. The fifth consecutive Feral Slash will put any Survivor into the dying state. The fifth successful Feral Slash always ends Feral Frenzy.

Frank's Mix Tape (Very Rare Add-on)
While using Feral Frenzy:
• Damaging generators is 20% faster.
• Breaking walls is 30% faster.
• The Power Gauge pauses while damaging a generator or breaking a wall.
The Legion Pin (Rare Add-on)
• Survivor who self-mend a Deep Wound from Feral Frenzy are inflicted with Broken for 60 seconds.
Stab Wounds Study (Very Rare Add-on)
• The auras of Survivors who self-mend a Deep Wound from Feral Frenzy are shown for 4 seconds afterwards.
Power Rework:
• Base Feral Frenzy duration: 10 seconds.
Duration after first consecutive Feral Slash: 11 seconds.
Duration after second consecutive Feral Slash: 12 seconds.
Duration after third consecutive Feral Slash: 13 seconds.
Duration after fourth consecutive Feral Slash: 14 seconds.
• Increased the Killer Instinct detection range by 40 meters. (Was 32 meters)
• Feral Frenzy recharge time: 16 seconds.
• Any Survivors that are already afflicted by Broken and Oblivious from a self-mend, do not have these effects persist.
• Feral Frenzy fatigue duration: 3 seconds
• Feral Frenzy fatigue movement speed: 3.6m/s
• Base Feral Frenzy movement speed: 6.0m/s
• The power gauge for Feral Frenzy starts recharging after The Legion has recovered from fatigue.
• Feral Frenzy Pallet Vault speed: 0.8 seconds.
• Feral Frenzy Window Vault speed: 0.8 seconds.
• While Feral Frenzy is active, the Power Gauge pauses during an interaction with a Pallet, Window, opening an empty locker, and snuffing/rekindling a Totem. The Power Gauge will remain paused for an additional 0.5 seconds after the interaction is complete.
Successful Feral Slash hit cooldown movement speed: 2.4m/s
Successful Feral Slash hit cooldown time: 0.6 seconds.
Add-On Changes:
Smiley Face Pin (Common Add-On)
• Decreases the Feral Frenzy fatigue by 15%. [Rework]
Mischief List (Common Add-on)
• For each Survivor hit by Feral Slash, increases the duration of Feral Frenzy by 0.5 seconds. [Rework]
Friendship Bracelet (Common Add-On)
• Increases duration of lunges during Feral Frenzy by 0.3 seconds. [Unchanged]
Scratched Ruler (Common Add-on)
• Decreases Feral Frenzy recharge time by 4 seconds. [Buff]
Defaced Smiley Pin (Uncommon Add-on)
• Any Survivors who mend a Deep Wound from Feral Frenzy, are inflicted with Blindness for 60 seconds. [Rework]
Etched Ruler (Uncommon Add-on)
• Any Survivors hit by Feral Slash that have not mended a Deep Wound from Feral Frenzy, suffer from the Oblivious status effect. [Rework]
Whenever another Survivor mends you from a Deep Wound, they are inflicted with the Oblivious status effect. This effect lingers for 30 seconds after the Survivor has been mended.
Never-Sleep Pills (Uncommon Add-on)
• While Feral Frenzy is active, each Survivor hit by Feral Slash decreases The Legion's Terror Radius by 4 meters.
• During Feral Frenzy, any Survivors that are further than 24 meters from you, can no see longer your aura. [Rework]
Mural Sketch (Uncommon Add-on)
• Increases speed bonus per hit during Feral Frenzy to 0.32 m/s. [Unchanged]
Julie's Mix Tape (Uncommon Add-on)
• If The Legion is stunned while in Feral Frenzy, the Power Gauge refills once the duration of the stun ends. [Unchanged]
The Legion Pin (Rare Add-on)
• Any Survivors who have not mended a Deep Wound from Feral Frenzy, suffer from the Exhausted status effect. This effect lingers for 5 seconds after the Survivor has mended by any means. [Rework]
Susie's Mix Tape (Rare Add-on)
• Increases Killer Instinct detection range by 12 meters. [Nerf]
Stylish Sunglasses (Rare Add-on)
• Shows the auras of Survivors who are mending within a 24-meter radius. [Unchanged]
Stolen Sketch Book (Rare Add-on)
• During Feral Frenzy, from the second chained hit onward, hit Survivors drop their item.
• Items that have been dropped on the ground, will reveal their aura to you.
• Survivors who pick up a dropped item, will have their aura revealed to you for 5 seconds. [Rework]
Joey's Mix Tape (Rare Add-on)
• While Feral Frenzy is active, any Survivors that are not afflicted by Deep Wound and are further than 40 meters from you, will have their aura revealed to you for the remainder of Feral Frenzy. [Rework]
Filthy Blade (Very Rare Add-on)
• Increases time required for Survivors to mend by 4 seconds. [Unchanged]
Stab Wounds Study (Very Rare Add-on)
• Survivors who self-mend a Deep Wound from Feral Frenzy are inflicted with Hemorrhage and Mangled until fully healed. [Rework]
BFFS (Very Rare Add-on)
• During Feral Frenzy, after chaining a fifth hit on a Survivor, all Survivors that are within 32 meters from you scream and reveal their current position to you for 4 seconds. [Rework]
Frank's Mix Tape (Very Rare Add-on)
• During Feral Frenzy, after chaining a fifth hit on a Survivor, you gain the Undetectable status effect and Haste by 10% for 30 seconds.
• Survivors hit by the fifth Feral Slash are inflicted with the Incapacitated status effect for 30 seconds.
Downed Survivors inflicted with Incapacitated suffer from slower crawling speeds, slower recovery progression, and hides their aura when Survivors are further than 16 meters from them.
Iridescent Button (Ultra Rare Add-on)
• During Feral Frenzy, any pallets you vault are immediately broken.
• During Feral Frenzy, the Power Gauge pauses for an additional 0.5 seconds after completing an interaction. [Rework/Buff]
Fuming Mix Tape (Ultra Rare Add-on)
While using Feral Frenzy:
• The repair progress of generator can be determined by the intensity of their aura.
• Generators not being worked on regress 150% of the normal regression speed.
• Any Survivors repairing a generator who succeeds a Good Skill Check, reveals their aura to you for 3 seconds. [Rework/Buff]
New Bloodpoint Bonuses:
• Earn 500 Bloodpoints for chaining a fifth successful Feral Slash.
• Earn 250 Bloodpoints for inflicting the Broken status effect on a Survivor who self-mends.
• Earn 100 Bloodpoints for downing a Survivor with a Basic Attack, who is suffering from the Broken status effect.
• Equipping the "Stolen Sketch Book" add-on awards you 200 Bloodpoints for causing a Survivor to drop an item, after chaining 2 or more Feral Slashes.
• Equipping the "BFFS" add-on awards you 300 Bloodpoints for causing Survivors to scream and reveal their current position to you, after chaining a fifth successful Feral Slash.
• Earn 300 Bloodpoints for Survivors who enter the dying state for not mending a Deep Wound.

Yeah, I am quite happy with current Legion, so I would prefer if devs did not even look his direction for any reason other than skins.
It usually doesn't end well for the killer.0
