Question about killer power cosmetics
So ive heared multiple things about this, basically houndmaster has gotten the first killer power skin in the game, but im not sure if this was gonna be a new thing all killers could get going forward. My question would be: Is it possible now to get killer power cosmetics for kaneki or springtrap, and any new killer going forward? Or was this just a option for houndmaster.

My best guess is that there is potential for different power skins, I don't believe Kaneki could get a skin for his power since well from what I understand of the anime is that his power doesn't change from ghoul to ghoul. There was initially a lot of backlash about the killer power skins, mainly because the power skins had to be used with certain cosmetics on top of already costing 3000 auric cells. They might add new power skins in the future but for licensed killers that will mean dealing with license holders again.

It most likely will be possible for other Killers to get Cosmetics for their power, Houndmaster just shows that it IS possible. this does not mean that it will be exclusively Houndmaster, other Killers are also an option for unique Power Cosmetics, Twins with Victor being the most popular and most requested one. For others it would obviously not really make much sense, e.g. Myers or Nurse.
However, IMO those Skins are insanely overpriced. I dont even mind linked Cosmetics, but if you only want to change the Look of your power, you have to pay a lot of money and you might not even like the rest of the Set. IMO they should sell Killer Powers separately, I dont really think that there is something which hinders them to do so (unless it is their own code).

The power itself doesn't change so they always have their claws (I think they were called kagune, but it's easier that way and I wouldn't put my hand in the fire for that xD), BUT they look different from ghoul to ghoul and are differently used. If I remember right some use them as armor as excample (at least there's a weapon from the ghoul hunters that used them like this xD).
So making skins would be possible, but probably not worth 3000 cells xD

When the added the first skin for trapper with a new mori, it took quite a while for the huntress skin with the new mori to be made and then wayy after that was dracula getting a mori skin. Im asuming houndmasters skin was a test to see how power customisation would go as a skin and turned out rather poorly, so who knows if they will try it again or something different. Maybe around the time they add customization of legendary skins that they seemed interested in

Kaneki definitely could. There are four different types of Kagune, and he already has a skin for another Ghoul.
In Tokyo Ghoul, there are Rinkaku, Bikaku, Ukaku, and Koukaku type Kagune, each released from a different body part. We could have Tsukiyama for the Koukaku type, where he'd be stabbing his Kagune and launching himself to it. Nishiki for Bikaku, with his tail wrapping around the object and launching himself to it. Ukaku probably wouldn't work.

There is actually one skin i would really like for kaneki from the anime where his kagune does change.
basically his kagune can grow a type of armor, i think this set as a visceral would be really cool

Even though the power's look doesn't change in the show, I dont think that would really mean anything here. Typically LIMBS dont change either, but I can swap Hag's hand all day, lol. The Kagune was essentially seen as a body part.

Dracula would be nice too, he has three forms and only one changes with the skin.
I just wish they had thought of this when they released him RIGHT before the Houndmaster.

It wont be an ongoing thing but it means that they figured out a technology to make skins for powers around houndmaster.
That does not mean a skin for Victor unless they recode twins' power.
