Black Christmas - "The Moaner" (Billy)
His appearance would have a similar effect as Charles lee Ray's ghost when Chucky picks up a survivor, except in Billy's silhouette and with his eye illuminated.

Lurking: Pressing Ability Button 1 (ctrl for pc) will allow you to crouch, making you undetectable. You can Lurk any time you want and it has no cooldown or time limit, but it slows you down more than a Survivor running.
Lockers: Pressing Ability Button 1 while near a locker allows you to enter the locker gaining killer instinct on Survivors who enter a 10 meter radius of the locker you entered, with your eye showing through the door crack (very hard to see) while in a locker you can select a survivor to call. Calling a survivor will allow them to pick up the phone, but they cannot do anything during that time (neither can Billy) if the Survivor decides to pick up the phone, at the end of the call Billy gets revealed to the entire team and gains hindered by 5% for 20 seconds when chasing a person who he did not call, but the person who picked up the phone gets their aura revealed and exposed for 20 seconds and Billy gains 5% haste while in chase with that survivor.
If a Survivor does not pick up the phone, Billy gets a 5% haste for 20 seconds, the survivor who did not pick up becomes oblivious, and Billy can destroy pallets, vault, and pick up and hook survivors 10% faster for 20 seconds.
There are also shadowy corners where Billy can gain undetectable but roam around inside that area as well, and call survivors.
Animations:
When a survivor stuns Billy (pallet, wiggle stun) he throws a small tantrum
When Billy breaks a pallet or door he hits it with both hands and then kicks it (tantrum again)
Mori: The survivor starts to get to their knees to run away, but Billy comes up behind them and puts a plastic wrap over their head, they fall over suffocating, and Billy does the iconic shot with the glass unicorn and stabs them 4 times over.
Voicelines: while calling he does any of the phone calls from the movie, and when downing he laughs maniacally. When hooking and morying he says one of his Agnes lines
