Community Cosmetics not on sale?

There's a big awesome sale going on in the cosmetic store, I have been saving up Iri Shards for the occassion, been wanting that Elodie outfit for a while. However, it still costs it's usual price. Is there a reason that it's not on sale? I understand it's community made, so they can't sell it for money. Though I was hoping perhaps they could sell it for cheaper with Iri shards. :c

    I think sales have only ever been for the auric cell price. I don't think shard prices have ever been discounted.
