Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Why You Need to Bring a Coconut Scream Pie for Every Game During the Anniversary Event

This event so far is pretty disappointing. The very fact that compared to last year, you get way less cakes for the bp you spend, particularly on survivor. Its quite obvious and provable the bloodwebs have been purposefully reduced in cake spawns.

But even worse than that, if you choose not to bring a Coconut Scream Pie, and instead lets say bring a Screech Cobbler. You will literally be sacrificing almost 100K bloodpoints for doing so. Even though its not written anywhere in the description of the Scream Pie, bringing it is the ONLY way you can get the event score for hooking people on Twisted Masquerade Hooks. This is significant since it nets you 1250 BP for each one. I would imagine the same goes for survivors when you complete a generator too.

This is literally the difference between getting 250K bp for a 4k killer game, vs 350K bp for the same result.

If you want proof here is a picture showing a Remote Hook, the left one was with having brought a 9th anniversary offering, the right one with an 8th anniversary offering.

At this point, what is even the point of these events, the devs are literally incapable or unwilling to do even one event properly or the way their community actually wants it to be.

I actually didn’t know there was a blood point variation between both offerings thank you so much! I will keep that in mind

It's always been like that??? Why would you bring one year old leftovers to a current year party and get the same benefit?
