Phantom fear triggered against spirit while in yamaoka's haunting (likely same with other killers)
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: see title. Phantom fear perk is triggered against spirit while in yamaoka's haunting. You can't see rin in her ability, yet somehow you scream, providing her with useful info. Perk description is as follows: "when a survivor within your terror radius looks at you <…>". So, you have to both see the killer and be within their terror radius, i. e. the killer should have said terror radius, which rin doesn't. I believe the same happens with killers with the undetectable status in general. I've seen a lot of players use the perk while they shouldn't be able to. Please make it non-abusable, and quite a lot of players run it now. I might be wrong about the terror radius in retrospect, but survivors shouldn't be able to scream when they look in the direction of an invisible killer.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Have spirit travel in yamaoka's haunting with phantom fear equipped, look in the direction of her location (not the husk, but actual location), hear the survivor scream. I think it's reproducible with other killers without terror radius.
