  • Survivors who have 3 or more stacks of Condemned suffer from a 15% penalty to healing speed.
  • This penalty stacks with other healing debuffs like Sloppy Butcher or Hemorrhage effects.
  • If a survivor drops below 3 stacks, the penalty is removed.
