If tunneling is a issue in dbd why gen rushing is getting addressed too?

Cause gen rushing isn't a thing. All Survivors can do is work on generators and loop the Killer - that's it. Killers have several methods of sacrificing Survivors, along with various crap to make it easy: Various killer powers that range from BS speed to one shot downs, add-ons that make the match impossible for Survivors, perks that either make it more difficult or straight up impossible to loop the Killer, perks that make it to where you can't open the door or escape, etc. Not to mention, Killers are actively allowed to do toxic crap like tunneling, camping and slugging, and are even encouraged to do so, while Survivors are frequently punished for wanting to do anything in the game. The change that made it to where Survivors spawn together yet has a high chance of spawning the killer right next to the Survivors? Yeah, that was so that Survivors couldn't work on different gens at different points in the map quickly. Yet BHVR refuses to do anything to alleviate the BS that they encourage.

Are you wanting 100s gens?

I mean most of the things that were part of gen rushing got nerfed. The only thing really left is Hyperfocus and that's only really usable on PC with a good frame rate.

Where did BHVR say killrates have dropped? Because last time I checked they have released absolutely nothing. Are you going off nightlight? A site that is known to be completely wrong in almost every sense?

Mandy confirmed in another topic that killrates have not dropped on their end. Nightlite isn't accurate, even less so since the official stats site lessens the need for people to upload their stats there anymore.

BHVR wouldn't admit it anyways if kill rates dropped. They never started showing any kill rates until after 6.1

Gens feel Faster after the spring trap patch for some reason, You can lit have an average first chase as killer and still get 3 gens done by the time You hook. Why? Cause survivors spread gens. No amount of slowdown can even stop this imo. They really need to do Something. If theyre gonna adresa tunneling mightaswell adrese this aswell

I would say because we have no clue yet what any new measures may be or how they will affect the gameplay. Until the updates actually come out we can only speculate things but we really have no idea what changes may or may not be needed until after.

This exact patch forced survivors to spawn together at the start of the match. That's your "do something".
Because at this point, you're telling us that it took 90 seconds for the gens, plus even more time for those survivors to spread out before you got your first hook.
The average chase time for an entire match is about 1 minute per survivor. So if it's taking you two minutes or more to get one hook, you either need to use intel perks to find survivors faster, or improve in chase to reduce your own chase time. I'm guessing both.
Lethal pursuer is basically the best perk in the game. That would cut out all of the "blind wandering" at the start of the match, at minimum. The rest requires you to examine your own gameplay.

Even if they did drop, it wouldn't be 10%.

yeah it kinda is. Its not somthing I think is right to blame survivors for since its not like they have much else to do but gen rushing is most certainly a thing.
