Houndmaster's Dog turns Invisible

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Just playing survivor game normally, everything was fine till endgame. As soon as the last gen was finished, the dog turned invisible.
You can hear the dog breathe and run but cant see it.
PLATFORM: PC

In the first one if you can see , Ada (iNssENA) is being held by the dog which is completely invisible.
Similarly in the second one the Houndmaster was aiming the dog (which was beside her) but was invisible.

This also just happened to me on Fallen Shelter (or whatever the new walking dead map is). I can also give my playerlogs if it helps
