Good game or git gud?
DBD is the only multi-player I've played for a long time. I'm gonna out myself as ancient by saying the last ones were Resident Evil 5, Uncharted 3, and Black Ops 2. I'm totally checked out of the gaming community. I don't have a Twitch or a Youtube account, don't read articles, don't watch videos regualry, and generally don't follow anything, so I'm out-of-touch.
Gg and ggs always meant good game/s to me, but a much younger coworker recently informed me that it can also mean git gud or git gud scrub, depending on which letters are capitalized. Even he seemed kinda surprised about it, because someone had to tell him.
Is this common knowledge? Most of what I've been able to find is old or vague, and most people seem to discard the more negative meanings. But I've got my fair of "gg"s that have made no sense (until now).
And is ggwp at least still safe?

Nah, this is nonsense. "gg" is "good game" and this is the widely accepted opinion. I guess if someone wants to do some mental gymnatics and twist a "gg" into "git gud", they can do so if they like, but it is not the intention.
